Connecting Tots to Nature: Wildlife and Nature Building

Backpack babies and pre-school aged children with their adults are welcome to join ECOS for a half-hour nature activity every week at the SEEC building (formerly the Casino) in Schenectady’s Central Park.

The theme for Nov. 20 will be “Wildlife and Nature Building.” Activities will include:

• Wildlife coloring pages
• Walk and talk about where animals might live; squirrels, chipmunks, birds, etc.
• Collect a few items to build ‘shelters’
• Return to tables and use materials and animals to build shelters and play
