Kayak trip: Athens Lighthouse to Priming Hook

We will leave from the Athens Kayak Launch (23 S Water St, Athens, NY 12015). Kayaks could likely be rented from https://screamingeagleoutdooradventures.com. We will turn around after a little less than 4 miles at the Priming North Western Tip of Priming Hook. The trip will then be about 6.9 miles in total. I’m expecting about 2 hours and 40 minutes of total paddling time, not including stopping on a beach for a break/lunch. Start time is 9:30 a.m. and we should be back at the cars around 1 p.m. Trip leader: Collin Borzell
