Natural Areas of Saratoga County publication update kickoff hike

ECOS is planning to update its publication, “Natural Areas of Saratoga County.” Join us for an initial training session at the Vischer Ferry Nature Preserve. Meet at the Riverview Rd/ Van Vranken Rd trailhead at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 14. While we hike the preserve trails, pay particular attention to:

Track your path with a smartphone app or GPS unit (If you don’t already have an app, we recommend Geo Tracker). Afterwards, send any proposed description input and gps track files (.gpx preferred) to: [email protected].
