The World Around Us Talk Series

On January 8th, we will hear from Rebekka Henriksen. Ms. Henriksen, a paraprofessional at Zoller Elementary School in Schenectady, will tell and show us about the various gardens — flower, vegetable, raised bed, and rain — that she and students have created and maintain. The gardens are used during and after school (there is a garden club) to teach kids about the environment and inspire a love for growing things.
