Trail maintenance and work day: Featherstonhaugh State Forest

Help clear trails for our winter ski trips. Bring gloves , loppers, saw, and any other tools you may want. Boots are needed as it’s very wet; gaiters are also a good idea. Rain date of the 17th. Leader: Don Orr. Directions: From Campbell Rd. at VIA Port Rotterdam, turn west onto Putnam Rd., then turn right at the blinking light onto Rt. 159/Mariaville Rd. In about 5 miles turn left onto Lake Rd. and, after about 3 miles, turn right onto Hardin Rd. We’ll meet at the end of Hardin; parking is along the road.
