Trail work: Featherstonhaugh State Forest

The annual ECOS trail work day at Featherstonhaugh State Forest in the Town of Duanesburg will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, with a rain date of Tuesday, Oct. 20.
We’ll meet at the intersection of Lake Road and East Hardin Road at 10 a.m.
Bring tools such as loppers, hand saws, pruners, etc. Gloves are advisable as well. Sturdy shoes/boots are strongly recommended and possibly gaiters for mud and ticks. We will work on the West Loop trails and clear any blowdown and do some side cutting.
