Zoom Speaker Series: Bill Chapman on the Niskayuna Complete Streets Committee

“Complete streets” are defined as roadways that enable safe and convenient access for all users, including bicyclists, pedestrians of all ages and abilities, motorists, movers of commercial goods, and public transportation.
William R. Chapman, chair of the Niskayuna Complete Streets Committee, will discuss the committee’s purpose, objectives, and activities; resources to fund projects; road types in the town; and the committee’s goals for 2025-2026.
Chapman has been chair of the Niskayuna Complete Streets Committee since its founding in 2017. He was also a three-term Niskayuna Town Board Member, and is a former member of Schenectady County Environmental Advisory Committee and the Schenectady County Metroplex Economic Development Authority.
