Forest Bathing

Experience nature in a different way on a guided forest bathing immersion with ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide Donna Esposito. We’ll explore Central Park near SEEC in a gentle, mindful walk to reawaken connections to our senses and all of nature.
