Kayak Outing: Dunham Reservoir

Martin Dunham Reservoir Boat Launch, Grafton
Dunham Reservoir is a medium sized pond with an interesting shoreline featuring some of the typical northern flora that one would find in the Adirondacks. There is a small inlet on the far end and if we have time we will paddle up to see if we can find Bottle Gentian, a rather unique and uncommon plant.
Take Rt 2 to Reservoir Road and proceed for half a mile to the parking area on the left.
*Life jackets are required and sunscreen and bug spray are strongly recommended.
