In her role as director of program management at the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC), Máire manages the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program, including federal reporting and the development of the CWSRF Intended Use Plan. Máire also oversees several functions related to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program, as well as the state Water Infrastructure Improvement and Intermunicipal Grant programs, and the Community Assistance Teams initiative. Máire has a B.A. from the College of Saint Rose and an M.A. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
Liz is an environmental engineer at the NYSEFC, where she manages the Western Project Section that provides technical assistance to municipalities receiving infrastructure funding from the CWSRF. Following graduation from Clarkson University with a B.S. in civil engineering, she started her career as a consultant engineer at Barton & Loguidice before transitioning over to EFC in 2014. Liz is a licensed professional engineer in New York State and has 18 years of experience in the water and wastewater field. In her spare time, she is a volunteer naturalist at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve and is working towards becoming a NYS Master Naturalist.
